Our Story

Canadian Craft Imports was started by Susan Gareau of Campbell River BC in 2018. Susan has had a lifelong passion for arts, crafts, and decorating. Her various pursuits have included running a cut flower business from her back yard garden, sewing rag quilts for friends and family, building custom hanging baskets for established nurseries, and pouring her soul into the renovation and re-design of her first home in Powell River, and now again in Campbell River. 

Her latest journey has taken her into the wonderful world of wreath-making, and her dream is to share it with as many crafty people as possible. When purchasing supplies online, Canadians often face exorbitant shipping costs from south of the border, on top of a punishing exchange rate. Canadian Craft Imports aims to make it easier for Canadians to find quality supplies, listed in Canadian Dollars, and shipped from Canada.
